The weather this weekend was so nice we had to sneak in one last campfire. I love our backyard with stars, s’mores and my best friend. Jack the cat joined us too!

Baby Shower
Now back to our regularly scheduled blogging! Two weeks ago we held a baby shower for my friend Anna. My friend Heather and I were in charge of decorations and Anna’s sister in laws, Louise and Melinda, brought all the food. It was so much fun and hopefully Anna and baby Easton felt special :)

Technical Difficulties
Andy tried to update our server last week and something went terribly wrong. I’m not even really sure what happened, but old stuff wouldn’t talk to new stuff and it was just a mess. He finally weeded through everything and thankfully with the backups he made, we should be good to go now. Hopefully everything still works for my blog, this is a test :)

Blue eyed boy
I realized in a lot of the pictures I have of Ben his eyes kind of look like black holes. It’s hard enough to get a picture of him AND try to get him to face the light source. Hope these pics help see his big blues…he’s got dark blue eyes like mine. Right now he actually has a little lumpy under his eyebrow though. His pediatrician is aware of it and we’re kind of just watching it to see what happens. Poor buddy, but it doesn’t seem to bother him at all.

Ben you want to walk so badly. You coast along furniture and walk when we’re holding your hands but you haven’t tried it on your own yet. You stand up behind your hippo toy and push it forward though. You also love music and bounce up and down excitedly to it.
You love to put toys into buckets, take them out and put them in again. Throwing things is also really fun too.
You give kisses, although it’s more of a slobbery open mouth heading towards people. You wave with both hands too, it’s really cute. You have four teeth now and I’m still getting used to how you look without a gummy grin.
You’re very much my little buddy!
