So I’m not really into the Grammy’s, Emmy’s Golden Globes, SAG Awards, MVA’s, Academy Awards and Et cetera. I really couldn’t tell you the differences between them, who puts them on nor who’s been nominated for whatever category – BUT apparently they are important, at least to popular culture. So even though I’ve never watched any of the awards ceremonies I was kind of excited to learn that Michael Emerson won an Emmy last night for his work as Benjamin Linus on LOST. Emerson just does a wonderful job with the gregarious, manipulative, fantastically creepy and amiable villain. One of my favorite exchanges on the show is below (it will totally weird you out if you don’t watch LOST though.)

John Locke:
