…you lose some.

I made a new bread for my online baking group, and it didn’t turn out so well ;-) It was supposed to be Chocolate Espresso bread, but was kind of riddled with problems. It never really rose and I used Hershey’s special dark cocoa which made it way too bitter. (I think I was just supposed to use regular cocoa.) The picture below doesn’t even look appealing, lol. Oh well, I’ll have to try it again sometime, it sounded good :)

I thought I’d add that hubby calls it my “poop loaf” :) He was gracious enough to try it with different spreads (honey, butter, chocolate) but just couldn’t bring himself to finish it, lol.
