We had a really nice Christmas this year! Christmas Eve we were in the live nativity at our church. Ben was baby Jesus and he did great. He cried for part of it but it was so loud in the lobby that it didn’t really matter. He slept for part and then just hung out and stared at people for the rest. We need to get pictures of the evening from friends of ours. After the church service we headed over to a friend’s house for a Christmas Eve party.

Christmas day we just stayed at our house and enjoyed the time together. We’d gotten home late from the party, but Ben slept in until 9am which was a great Christmas present! We picked out this ornament for Ben and I also gave him and Andy the book “I love my daddy.” It’s full of adorable illustrations of a daddy and baby bear, so cute!

After Andy opened the book, Ben started to spit up on him. I ran to get a burp cloth and stepped on some of the coffee Andy had gotten me. Jack the cat sprung into action and tried to eat the coffee that was all over the floor. Great fun was had by all ;-)





Sunday we headed to Andy’s parent’s house for an afternoon Christmas get together.





Then Sunday evening we went to visit my dad, Leslie and family.





And Christmas isn’t over yet…New Year’s Day my Mom, Paul, Justin and Kate are coming here to celebrate Christmas with us again! Click here for the rest of our Christmas weekend pictures.
