Ben has a little freckle on his shoulder. He just noticed it a few days ago and got all concerned that it was a boo boo. I told him it was a “freckle” and that mommy had freckles too. He started to call it his “pickle” then his “preckle.” Now we have to look for his preckle every morning before we get dressed :)

…I think I was wearing that shirt in last months’ pregnancy photo…
Anyway, I passed the glucose test last week with flying colors! Yay :) My blood pressure has actually gone down too, which is awesome. I’m having one of the instructors at the Y take it before and after classes and even after class I’m in the 120s/70s. I’m still able to keep up with classes but really miss giving 100%. I just modify a lot of things and operate at around 60%, which is still a good workout for me right now.
Starting to slow down a bit in daily life. Nothing too bad yet, but I am getting a little uncomfortable bending over and trying to sit up in bed. I have gained 23lbs, eek! Ok it’s not that bad, it just seems like a lot when I still have 3 months left.
She moves around like crazy during the day. Ben used to really only move after I’d eaten, but Cassidy seems to have little dance parties all day long.
Ben met a newborn for the first time last week and said “Baby sleeping, baby fun!” which was cute. He really has no idea what’s coming though :)

We went to Lollypop Farm with a friend and her two kiddos last week.

We did the farm walk outside and saw cows.

Ben liked watching them eat their “breakfast hay.”

There were goats and sheep in the petting zoo area.

Ben didn’t really care for them, they were really friendly and got right up in your space.

He loved watching the ducks and geese, pigs, emus and llamas though.

I think his favorite attraction was the giant cow statue.

Later that afternoon I found Ben playing with his farm animals and barn. Too cute :)

We’ve never really thought of our tax return as extra spending money, normally it just goes right back into savings. This year we invested in a really nice knife set though. We really needed them, our previous set was a made in china collection from Walmart. Blades were falling out of the handles and the knives would mush your tomatoes all over the cutting board. The new set slices through everything beautifully, so much better!

Andy left one of his notepads sitting on the table.

I haven’t the slightest clue what any of this means.
