Hashbrown Breakfast Bake

  • 1 bag hashbrowns (I use Wegmans frozen 30oz Country Style)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 16oz sour cream
  • 8-10oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine melted
  • salt/pepper

Mix everything together and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown. You can also top with crushed chips.
