- 1 bag hashbrowns (I use Wegmans frozen 30oz Country Style)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 16oz sour cream
- 8-10oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine melted
- salt/pepper
Mix everything together and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown. You can also top with crushed chips.
